This is a booklet we hand out to parents when their boy joins our troop. It contains the general policies and procedures of our troop as well as some general rules. 

The file is in ASCII format, and has been zipped to speed transmission.

Subjects covered include: Patrol Method, Troop Organization, Uniform Policy, Discipline, Parental Responsibilities, Advancement Procedures, Fund Raisers, Rules of Behavior and etc.

    This would be a good jumping off place for a troop needing a new guidebook, or for a new troop needing some start up rules.
